As if all the theatrical and artistic ventures weren’t enough, every year we hold a number of members events.

These start in September with our open night – a chance for people thinking about joining, or auditioning for a production to come down and see what makes us tick, and get a preview of the season ahead. Throughout the year we then have various entertainment evenings which our members are encouraged to bring new blood to. We’ve had Beetle drives, horse racing nights, Whose line is it anyway, even quiz nights. All are well attended and good fun nights.

Our season always ends with the annual Barbecue. This is a chance to celebrate the season we’ve had and look forward to the next one. There’s a treasure hunt, musical entertainment, real ale and good food, and if you hang around long enough, you may even get to witness some pretty crazy games of rounders!
